Wildfarmed sourdough made using a traditional sourdough process, fermented over 32 hours for a tangy and moreish flavour. Hand-shaped and scored, and stone-baked for a strong crust and a soft, chewy middle. Perfect for toast, grilled cheese, and dipping & dunking.

Our bread-making process predates the Chorleywood process that’s heavily reliant on artificial additives and rapid fermentation. Our White and Seeded Sourdoughs are made from only flour, water and salt. They use a little rapeseed oil to stop the dough from sticking and are additive and palm-oil free.

All of our flour and bread come from a 100% traceable supply chain, we know each and every farmer by name and are proud to have over a hundred growers in the Wildfarmed network for harvest 2024.
