Our bread-making process predates the Chorleywood process that’s heavily reliant on artificial additives and rapid fermentation. Our pack of four rolls can be frozen at home and does not contain palm oil or fat, artificial preservatives or emulsifiers. It does contain ascorbic acid, fermented wheat flour and added gluten to naturally prolong shelf life and ensure you always get consistently soft and fluffy rolls.
