Ingredients: Wildfarmed® Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) (66%), Water, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Semolina, Fermented Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid.

Our bread-making process predates the Chorleywood process that’s heavily reliant on artificial additives and rapid fermentation. Our White Sliced Bread can be frozen at home and does not contain palm oil or fat, artificial preservatives or emulsifiers. It does contain ascorbic acid, fermented wheat flour and added gluten to naturally prolong shelf life and ensure you always get a consistently well-risen loaf.
